Barris Malcolm, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Administration and is the Coordinator of the Joint MSW/MDIV Degree Program between the School of Social Work and Yale University Divinity School. Barris teaches courses in administration, macro foundation theory and practice, and social welfare policy and social service delivery systems. His areas of specialization include analysis of social welfare policy, microeconomics (cost/benefit) analysis, international issues, financial management, substance abuse, and homelessness.
