It is the intent of ORS to assist faculty in their pursuit of research and training grants, thereby expanding the external funding portfolio of UConn School of Social Work. Yet, it is the individual PI who is ultimately responsible for developing, writing and submitting each proposal. A general checklist of tasks to be completed and time frames for completion is available to all faculty who may be thinking about submitting a proposal. If requested, ORS will assist PI’s in developing a detailed timeline and application checklist, individually tailored to their proposed project.
