BSW Incomplete Agreement Contract

Please read the following information regarding incomplete grades.
- The student must complete all outstanding work on a schedule determined by the instructor and by the end of the third week of the following semester.
- If the required work is not submitted by the deadline, the instructor may assign a grade to replace the incomplete or it will become permanent.
