Frederick “Jerry” Streets, MDiv, DSW, LCSW, is an adjunct professor of Pastoral Theology at Yale Divinity School, Columbia University School of Social Work and a member of the faculty of the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma. Rev. Streets was a Senior Fulbright Scholar in the Departments of Practical Theology and Social Work at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. He is a licensed clinical social worker and the Senior Pastor of the Dixwell Avenue Congregational United Church of Christ in New Haven, CT.
