Ken Steller, MS, MA


Ken Steller, MS, MA, has 30+ years of experience in both organizational and clinical settings as a counselor, trainer, facilitator and mediator. He provided individual and group counseling for 12 years at the VA Medical Center in West Haven, CT and in private practice. He has designed and delivered learning programs for individual and organizational development for a wide variety of organizations, including the United Nations, Aetna, Northeast Utilities, the Capitol Region Education Council, Hamilton Sundstrand, the University of Connecticut, Southern Connecticut University, the New England Cognitive Center, Oxford Health Plans, the Connecticut Department of Social Services and McDonalds.

He has worked with highly diverse audiences at all organizational levels in the U.S. and internationally on programs that cover stress management, change management, team building, project management, conflict resolution, supervisor development, diversity, process improvement, performance management, mental fitness and resilience. His graduate degrees are in psychology and counseling. Ken is a certified mediator and has been a mediator for the Hartford Area Mediation Program and Community Mediation of New Haven.
