Rebecca L. Thomas, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Policy Practice and Director of the Center for International Social Work Studies. Rebecca teaches courses in program planning, human oppression, programs for women, children and families, and international development, theory and practice. Her specializations include planning and program development, program evaluation, welfare to work, employment and training programs, and international development.
