Richard Fisher, LCSW

Richard Fisher, LCSW, has over 35 years experience working in a variety of behavioral health programs as both a clinician and administrator. He is an adjunct faculty member of the UConn School of Social Work and a former clinical instructor in psychiatry for the UConn School of Medicine residency program. He is currently the Director of Workforce Development for the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and maintains a private practice in the Hartford area.
