MSW Incomplete Agreement Contract

Please read the following information regarding incomplete grades.

Fall courses:
• For incompletes received in BASC 5390: Macro Foundation Practice, BASC 5391: Micro Foundation Practice or any concentration course, work must be submitted no later than January 6th.
• All other incompletes must be submitted by the end of the following Spring semester or earlier if designated by the instructor.

Spring courses:
• For incompletes received in any concentration course, work must be submitted no later than August 1st.
• All other incompletes must be submitted by the end of the following Fall semester or earlier if designated by the instructor.

Winter Intersession courses:
• Incompletes must be submitted by the end of the following Spring semester or earlier if designated by the instructor.

Summer courses:
• Incompletes must be submitted by the end of the following Fall semester or earlier if designated by the instructor.

If the required work is not submitted by the deadline, the instructor may assign a grade (the course average to date) to replace the incomplete or it will become permanent.
